- Special Properties:
- Cleaving Strike: When you hit a creature with this weapon, you can target a second creature within 5 feet of the first target. If the second target's AC is lower than or equal to the first target's AC, you can deal damage equal to half the initial attack's damage (rounded down). You can only use this ability once per turn.
- Momentum Swing: When you take the Attack action, if you miss with one of your attacks, you may use a bonus action to reroll the attack against the same target. You can use this ability once per short or long rest.
- Bleeding Wound: When you score a critical hit with the Zweihänder, the target begins to bleed. At the start of each of its turns, the target takes 1d6 necrotic damage for 1 minute. The bleeding stops if the target receives magical healing, or if it or another creature uses an action to make a successful DC 15 Medicine check. This effect does not stack with multiple critical hits.
- Stormbound Enchantment (Recharge after Long Rest): You may use a bonus action to enchant the Zweihänder with lightning for 1 minute. While the weapon is enchanted, it deals an additional 1d6 lightning damage on each hit. Additionally, once per turn, when you hit a creature with this weapon, you may force the target to make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the start of your next turn. After the effect ends, you cannot use this ability again until you finish a long rest.
Weapon Description:
The Zweihänder of Storms is a massive two-handed blade imbued with the primal fury of lightning. When activated, it crackles with electrical energy, arcing from its blade to its target with every swing. Few can withstand the full force of its strikes when the storm is unleashed.
Proficiency with a Greatsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Graze. If your attack roll with this weapon misses a creature, you can deal damage to that creature equal to the ability modifier you used to make the attack roll. This damage is the same type dealt by the weapon, and the damage can be increased only by increasing the ability modifier.
