Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a Rogue who is able to speak Primordial)

"...and to you I gift an arrow, that which requires no bow...."

The Yaka Arrow is a 15-inch long arrow forged from an ancient material called Yaka. Although extremely light in weight, the arrow is indestructible and can pierce through any material, living or not. Along the shaft are inscribed intricate patterns, and embedded in the end of the arrow is what appears to be a gyroscope that responds to sonic frequency. Whether or not the arrow's flight is powered by magic or extremely advanced technology is still unknown.  This weapon was known to be used among Auran Primordials, hence why it is able to respond to the high frequency sounds of Auran dialect. Only one exists, however, as the rest were destroyed by the very gods that created them. The final Yaka Arrow was last seen in the possession of Farro Evenwood, an assassin who was said to have been visited and blessed by Xan Yae, the Supreme Mistress of Petals. Those that have tried to claim the arrow from Evenwood only met death.

The arrow flies, both in and out of combat, by responding to whistling, which sounds the closest to the Auran Primordial dialect. Outside of combat the arrow can obey any commands given to it by the attuned, including lifting a willing creature up with flight, or intimidating suspects. In combat is when this item is deadliest.

The Yaka arrow is a ranged weapon (80-120ft) and can make up to four attacks in one round (attack roll + dexterity + proficiency). each attack deals 1d8 damage. at 10th level it deals 2d8 damage, at 15th level it deals 3d8 damage, and at 20th level it deals 4d8 damage per attack. If attacking one enemy you can use the same attack roll for all four attacks, however if you are attacking multiple targets a separate attack roll must be made for each.
