Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement)
While wearing this pendant, you can take a Magic action to regain 2d4 + 2 Hit Points. Once used, this property can’t be used again until the next dawn.
In addition, you have Advantage on saving throws to avoid or end the Poisoned condition while you wear this pendant.
Notes: Advantage: Saving Throws, Bonus: Hit Points
This is entirely different from the 2014 version. Why not just make a new item, rather than confuse players? Constantly confused by decisions made for 2024 content.
Nice

They were going to wipe all of the 2014 content from D&D Beyond. The confusion exists because they realized the ill will that doing so would create.
They openly and repetitively announced they would not be doing that. Do you have a more recent announcement that says otherwise? Not only would that be a monumental breach of trust, but considering we have purchased that content, changing or removing access to an owned online good would be illegal.
They initially said that is what they were going to do. They (wisely) chose not to do it. But by leaving all the old content in D&D Beyond, the dual entries of many items is what causes the confusion.
Because the previous version of the item was only useful in relation to diseases, something that the 2024 rulebooks don't outline mechanically anymore. (There are however "magical contagions" which are simalar). The reason why they updated it instead of creating a new item is to maintain backwards compatibility.
