Weapon (sling), legendary (requires attunement by a spellcaster)

This unambiguous foot-long wooden ladle is made of wood impossibly woven in a cross-stich pattern as if it were made of a cornucopia basket. Said to be the personal kitchen implement of the Halfling Goddess Yondolla, it imbues its wielder with a nostalgic warmth that emanates from its handle.

You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with the Ladle and a +2 bonus to your spell save DC. You gain proficiency with cooks' utensils, if you already have proficiency you instead have expertise.

A Stern Look. As an action once a day, every creature of your choice that can see you must make a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by you. While charmed n this way, creatures are incapacitated and have a speed of 0 as you radiate an aura of matriarchal authority.
The effect ends for a creature if it takes any damage, if someone else uses an action to shake the creature out of its stupor, or if a minute has passed.

Chef's Kiss. Any healing you cause while you wield the Ladle is increased by an amount equal to your level. Additionally, you learn and can cast the lesser restoration at-will to better aid those who need it.

Whenever you hit with any attack while wielding the Ladle, you may choose to inflict one of the following on the target:
Shame. The target must make a Charisma saving throw against your spell save DC or use its reaction to spend all of its movement fleeing from you in the most efficient and safe way possible.
Tough Love. A friendly target struck with this attack gains Temp Hp equal to the damage you would've dealt and removes one hostile condition of your choice.
Entrance. The target must make a Charisma saving throw against your spell save DC or be charmed by you. While charmed in this way the target is incapacitated as it stares at you in a trance, rerolling the save whenever it takes damage or at the start of its turn ending the condition on a success.

Proficiency with a Sling allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, Bonus: Spell Save DC, Proficiency: Cook's Utensils, Expertise: Cook's Utensils, spellcaster, Damage, Combat, Ammunition, Range, Slow
