Weapon (battleaxe), very rare

You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

Wrath's Damnation most often took the form of a silver cane made of solid metal with a heavy ball at the end. It can transform into a beautiful, curved silver axe with a long thin curved blade along which light blue energy flickered. The axe not only does [roll]1d8[/roll] slashing damage but also causes [roll]2d8[/roll] additional thunder damage on each hit.  The command word to change its appearance is "Done".

The axe is infused with the Javelin of Lighting. When you hurl it and speak its command word, it transforms into a bolt of lightning, forming a line 5 feet wide that extends out from you to a target within 120 feet. Each creature in the line excluding you and the target must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking [roll]8d8[/roll] lightning damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The lightning bolt turns back into an axe when it reaches the target. Make a ranged weapon attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes damage from the axe plus [roll]8d8[/roll] lightning damage. This feature recharges on a short rest.

Proficiency with a Battleaxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage: Thunder, Versatile, Topple
