Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement)

This vehicle can be piloted by only one person. It has room for up to three passengers. Only a person with a valid spluber license can drive this vehicle. It looks like a standard car, with luxury insides, and a box of tissues for passengers.

Abilities

Plasmoid Crafted: This vehicle is able to change shape to accommodate a plasmoid's needs. It can get really small, or standard medium size. However, passengers need to make themselves small as to not get crushed if they are not a plasmid. This feature is great for keeping your spluber in your pocket during a busy school day, and is easily ready for the night shift. 

A Fine Steed: As a bonus action you can summon the spluber.

Lots of Buttons: This car is equipped with 10 buttons. Some require charges, by which you have 10 and it resets after long rest (aka getting gas). These buttons are as follows:

1)  Turns on over done high beams (2 charges). blinding smite Spell save DC is 30, and it's cast at level 8.

2) Turns radio on full blast, with the most awful, young kid pop music ever. (2 charges). dissonant whispers Spell save DC is 25 and it's cast at 8th level. 

3) Teleport. (1 charge). misty step.

4) The eject button. This button launches whoever is in the passenger seat 100 feet into the air. 10d6 bludgeoning damage.

5) Grabbers will extend from car. Each grabber makes the following melee weapon attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: The target is grappled (escape DC 25). Hit: The target takes 4d6+8 melee damage.

6) Snipper wipers. Snipers have 5 bullets which reset at dawn. Attack has a range of 300ft, but anything closer to 30ft has disadvantage. +10 to fit. Target must make DC 25 DEX saving throw. On a fail they take 4d10+10 bludgeoning damage. On a schuss they take half. 

7)  Force field. (1 charge). otiluke's resilient sphere.

8) Quiet motor. (1 charge).  Essentially cast pass without trace, but it applies to the car and all inside. pass without trace.

9)  Drift.  If an attacker hits, you can force them to re roll the hit as a reaction possible causing them to miss. You can use this reaction twice in a round and it resets on your next turn. You also gain advantage on DEX saving throws.

10)  Self-destruct. Pressing this button starts a one minuet count down. Everyone in a 100ft radius must make a DC 20 DEX saving throw. Those that fail take 10d10 force damage and 5d10 fire damage. Those that succeed take half. You also get thrown back 10 ft.
