This cloak resembles an ornamental half-cape that has been drawn on by children with watercolor paints. On occasion, out of the corner of your eye you think you can make out words in the pattern, usually gibberish, although occasionally a racial slur for gnomes. When checking again, the patterns are always gone.

Once per long rest, as a Bonus Action, you may activate the cloak. When you do, roll a d6 on the following table. The rolled effect takes hold.

1. Gain resistance to all damage for 1 minute
2. Your attacks ignore resistance for 1 minute
3. You can teleport 60ft as a bonus action for 1 minute
4. You gain the effects of Haste for 1 minute
5. You can cast spells without components for 1 minute
6. You gain a flying speed of 60ft for 1 minute
