Yeoui, the staff of the Monkey King.
This weapon gives +3 on hit in its base and deals 1d10 bludgeoning damage, 20ft of range. Additionally, as an action, you can use the following abilities with the Yeoui;
Grow. As an action, grow the Yeoui by 10ft. Each increase in size increases the damage of the Yeoui by one dice roll. For example, using it once would make it deal 2d10 damage, using it two times makes it deal 3d10 damage, etc. Each increase in size will also damage your initiative roll by 2, and decrease your walking speed by 5ft per growth.
Shrink. As an action, Shrink the Yeoui by 2ft. Each decrease will continue to limit your range of attack by 2ft. But for every shrink that you do, increase Initiative by 1 and gain a +2 to your damage modifier, with the addition of gaining the ability to use Multiattack. For example, shrinking one time would increase your initiative by 1 and give you a +2 to your damage modifier. Doing it twice would increase your initiative by 2 and give you a +4 to your damage modifier.
Strength of Sun Wukong. Only the current wielder of the Yeoui can withstand the weight of the Yeoui. This is not out of strength, but is a part of the wielder's intrinsic ability to wield the Yeoui. As such, if a creature or clone attempted to wield it, it would crush itself under the weight.
Godly Weapon. The Yeoui can never break, even if exposed to the toughest forces in the universe.
Additionally, you can use the techniques of the Monkey God.
Centrifugal Force. The user begins to spin the Yeoui as a bonus action. Once its spinning, the user has two options they can use as an action.
- The User can use the Yeoui as a defensive tool, reducing damage from magical and nonmagical projectiles by half. Furthermore, if the user counters a melee weapon, the opponent must roll a DC 18 DEX saving throw. If they fail, use Parry, dealing whatever current damage the Yeoui has.
- The User can use the Yeoui as an offensive tool, attacking with the Yeoui dealing an additional 2d10 force damage to their attack on top of their current damage.
Railjack(1/day). In order to use this ability, growth must've been used seven times. Once this prerequisite has been met, the user harnesses the core aspects of the universe, and uses all Fundamental Forces to spin the Yeoui at infinite speed. They then kick the Yeoui and send it flying as if it were a nuclear bomb, blasting it forward with enough power to destroy a blue giant. All opponents within 40ft must roll a DC 20 DEX saving throw or take (20d12+20) bludgeon damage and the Yeoui is lost until a long rest.
Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
