You can spend one minute of concentration to use a charge to be teleported into the lair that this ring is linked to. If interupted or concentration is broken you lose that charge. You can use another charge from inside the lair to return to the place you used the last charge. Should you walk through the door instead of using the charge you will be unable to return to the place you once were even if you went back into the lair it will just fail should you try the charge again. You cannot use this ring at all if the door to the lair is not summoned.
You can take one creature with you that is willing or if they are not they can make a DC 15 WIS saving throw. However if they are under the following conditions they make it with disadvantage. This ring has a magical lock on it. Only the one that casts the charge for the first time the ring is bound and will only work for that weilder upon their death the ring becomes inactive and has to be re-anchored to the lair.
If they are charmed by you or your allies.
If they are grappled, incapacitated, paralyzed, petrified, restrained, stunned or unconscious.
