Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a holder of the Aspect of Chaos)

A jagged, ever-shifting scale, iridescent with chaotic hues that flicker unpredictably between red, blue, green, white, and black.

Wings of Chaos: You gain a flying speed of 60 feet. Your wings are not consistent; one moment they appear as draconic wings, the next as a swirling storm of energy.

Tiamat's Wrath: Once per turn, when you hit on an attack, you can cause that attack to deal an additional 4d10 of a random element (fire, cold, lightning, thunder, poison, or acid). At the start of your next turn, you suffer the same amount of damage as backlash

Wings of Chaos: As an action, you can unleash raw chaotic energy. Roll a d10 to determine the effect:

  • 1-2: You are stunned for 1 round as energy overwhelms you.
  • 3-4: Every creature within 30 feet takes 5d10 random elemental damage (including you).
  • 5-6: A storm erupts, granting 3/4 cover to all creatures within 15 feet of you for 1 minute.
  • 7-8: You regain half your missing HP and all expended spell slots of 5th level or lower.
  • 9-10: You gain the effects of the Foresight spell for 1 minute.

Notes: Bonus: Speed (Flying), holder of the Aspect of Chaos
