Multiattack. The splitjaw makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its tail.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 5) piercing damage and 8 (1d10 +5) poison damage.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 20ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 8) bludgeoning damage.
Barreling Slam. The splitjaw barrels towards a target, knocking them out of the way. The splitjaw uses all its remaining movement in one direction. Any creature caught in line of the slam must make a DC14 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed saving throw, a creature takes 21 (3d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage and is knocked prone, a creature takes half damage on a successful save, and is not knocked prone.
Swallow. The splitjaw makes one bite attack against a Medium or smaller target it is grappling. If the attack hits, the target is also swallowed, and the grapple ends. While swallowed, the target is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the splitjaw, and it takes 21 (6d6) acid damage at the start of each of the splitjaw's turns. A splitjaw can have only one creature swallowed at a time.
If the splitjaw takes 30 damage or more on a single turn from the swallowed creature, the splitjaw must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate the creature, which falls prone in a space within 10 feet of the splitjaw. If the splitjaw dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse by using 15 feet of movement, exiting prone.
