Living Fat. If a means of healing typically wouldn't work on a construct, it does on the Adipose. Additionally, when healed, the Adipose regains double the hit points it Typically would.
Unearthly Nature. Adipose don't need to eat, drink, or even breath, though they can and sometimes like to.
Swarm. The swarm can occupy another creature's space and vice versa, and the swam can move through any opening large enough for a tiny creature. The swarm can't gain temporary hit points.
Slap. Melee Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6(1d4+3) Bludgeoning damage.
Meat Shield. The Adipose can absorb damage that another creature may take from a melee attack (if it is within 5 ft of the creature), taking an action to ready themselves then jumping in the way after the attack roll succeeds, but before the damage is rolled. reducing the damage by 1d10, and granting it temporary hit points equal to the hit points (above 0) it lost until the start of your next turn.
Absorb Creature. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 0 ft., one target in the swarms space. Hit 9 (1d8+3) Bludgeoning damage and the creature must succeed a strength saving throw or become grappled and prone.
