False Tonic. The vitalify can use its action to polymorph into a facsimile of a potion, tonic, or any other normally drinkable liquid in a bottle, or back into its true, amorphous form. While it remains motionless in this form, it is indistinguishable from the drink it is attempting to imitate.
Latch Onto. Once a creature attempts to drink the vitalify in its tonic form, the vitalify immediately reverts to its amorphous form adheres onto the victim, obscuring their nose and mouth and suffocating the creature. It detaches on a successful DC 20 strength check or on death.
Bite. Melee weapon attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit: (1d4) slashing damage. If the creature's face is exposed, they must make a DC 12 dexterity saving throw or be subject to the vitalifly's Latch Onto trait. This attack cannot be used if the vitalify is already latched onto a creature.
Drain. Melee weapon attack: +6 to hit, reach 0ft, one target. Hit: (1d4-1) piercing damage plus (1d4) necrotic damage. The vitalify regains hit points equal to the amount of necrotic damage dealt this way. This attack can only be used on a creature subject to the vitalifly's Latch Onto trait.
