Magecraft Mastery. Vitamorde can concentrate on 2 spells at once. Additionally, he adds +10 to each constitution save made to maintain concentration on one of his spells, and may use a legendary action in place of a missing spell slot of 3rd level or lower (see legendary actions)

Reaper's Onslaught. Vitamorde makes 1 attack with Seimei, 1 attack with Shi, and casts a cantrip and a leveled spell as part of the same attack action
Seimei. Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 18 (1d12 + 9) radiant damage.
Shi. Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 18 (1d12 + 9) necrotic damage.
Ebb and Flow of Life and Death. As a bonus action, Vitamorde can challenge the life-force of an enemy within 30 ft., that has not yet been targeted with this ability, with the highest constitution score (his choice, if tied). The target must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 25) or be knocked unconscious by the violent maelstrom of power ripping at their soul. The affected creature can re-attempt the save after being attacked, as well as at the start of each of their turns. at the start of every subsequent turn after being knocked unconscious, the DC decreases by 10 (to a minimum of 5). After a creature succeeds the saving throw, they awaken, and are immune to this effect for 24 hurs.
Absorb Life and Death. When a creature within 60 ft. of Vitamorde casts a spell that would heal a creature, Vitamorde can use his reaction to heal for that same amount.
Vitamorde has 3 legendary actions
0-2nd level spell (Costs 1 Action). Vitamorde casts a cantrip, or casts a 1st/2nd level spell.
3rd-4th level spell (Costs 2 Actions). Vitamorde casts a 3rd or 4th level spell.
Inochi wo Ataeru Karitori (Costs 1 Action). Vitamorde makes 1 weapon attack with Seimei, and 1 attack with Shi.
Mana Surge (costs 1-3 actions). Vitamorde can substitute his legendary actions for spell slots. a level 1 spell costs 1 action, a level 2 spell costs 2 actions, and a level 3 spell costs all 3 legendary actions
Description
A darkly-dressed figure catches your eye as he lands, his coal-black wings furling slowly as he rises from his hunched landing position. Atop his head, long waves of Jet-Black hair fall to either side of his face, the locks only parted by the char-black horns that rise up from his head, curving outward slightly before curling backwards and up. Upon his face rests a gray cloth which completely obscures his eyes, yet he looks as though he can see just fine. His Olive skin and pearly white teeth are the only things that stand out among his otherwise-dark attire: a black tunic, a dark cloak with a grey fur lining, black trousers bound in a swordsman's style at the calf underneath black boots, a dark leather breastplate, black gauntlets gilded in silver. In his left hand sits an ornately-shaped scythe; but instead of being formed of solid matter, it appears to be made of a starry night sky. At his back, a chokuto sits horizontally, its color resembling his scythe's, only inverted. A white rod with dark stars swirling in its emptiness. Etched in his horns is some text that seems to be written in Primordial. The text reads as such:
My existence is Chaos, and Chaos is my existence. The domain of life and death is mine alone, and with complete control over the soul of every man, beast, and god, my supremacy is unbound. Existence itself fears my brothers and I. For we are the Agents of Chaos.
