Once per day the unit may use a whole unit action to raise the barricade this is a prepared action where rubble and furniture is thrown together to make a 20ft wide 10ft high wall that is considered difficult terrain. Behind the barricade is considered full cover the top is considered half cover
A la Guillotine! If the unit grapples someone from a noble background they may use a makeshift guillotine and a whole unit action to behead them
