Amphibious. The toad can breathe air and water.
Standing Leap. The toad's long jump is up to 20 feet and its high jump is up to 10 feet, with or without a running start.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d10 + 2) piercing damage plus 5 (1d10) poison damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 13). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the toad can't bite another target.
Swallow. The toad makes one bite attack against a Medium or smaller target it is grappling. If the attack hits, the target is swallowed, and the grapple ends. The swallowed target is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the toad, and it takes 10 (3d6) acid damage at the start of each of the toad's turns. The toad can have only one target swallowed at a time. If the toad dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse using 5 feet of movement, exiting prone.
Any suggestions about tactics against druid in toad-form, summoning 2 more toads, and totally getting whole battle field taken by damned 3 toads?
Need some inspiration...

Way to go!
How does standing leap work the toad has a rider mounted on them?
If the toad manages to make an attack of with their reaction, and they have a creature grappled, can they use either attack, or only the basic bite?
Giant frogs are already a thing with a stat block .
Where’s the image , WHERE’S THE IMAGE !!!
This is the image used for beasts that have no artwork of their own.
How does a Giant Toad survive in a Desert? Unless perhaps near an oasis
please read giant frog this is a giant toad (;
please read the guy i was replying to (;
Imagine if you are a moon Druid and know how to turn into a giant toad. Then cast jump on yourself…lots of feet you can cover.
I feel like it should have resistance to fire since there skin is naturally wet
how does the actions work? let's say a druid wild shaped into this, he attacks using bite, does the swallow action comes immediately or it will have to be the next turn before the toad can use the swallow action?
it should have vulnerability to fire because it could dry out
Bad image. Ruined immersion. 0/5 stars.

Cold Blood. The toad has resistance to cold damage; However, when taking cold damage it must make a Constitution saving throw (DC equals damage taken before resistance) or be slowed (see slow spell) until the end of its next turn. If it fails this save by 5 or more, it is also incapacitated.
Probably a bit late, however you could try counterspells or saying that when a druid loses wild shape, it still has the creature inside.
As someone who heavily uses visual aids, I'm on a mission to provide art to stat blocks which lack it. Now I'm no artist so I'll be adding any monster descriptions included in the source books as well as a link to an image online close enough to how the monster is described.
