Keen Hearing and Smell. The hound has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Pack Tactics. The hound has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the hound's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Description
Fire-breathing fiends that take the form of powerful dogs, hell hounds commonly serve evil creatures that use them as guard animals and companions.
If your DM allows it, definitely game breaking in a low level campaign and honestly unlikely to be allowed, but if you tamed one or in-game did something to get one from your demon parent or whatever, that would be thematically cool.
