Hold Breath. The hydra can hold its breath for 1 hour.
Multiple Heads. The hydra has five heads. While it has more than one head, the hydra has advantage on saving throws against being blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, stunned, and knocked unconscious.
Whenever the hydra takes 25 or more damage in a single turn, one of its heads dies. If all its heads die, the hydra dies.
At the end of its turn, it grows two heads for each of its heads that died since its last turn, unless it has taken fire damage since its last turn. The hydra regains 10 hit points for each head regrown in this way.
Reactive Heads. For each head the hydra has beyond one, it gets an extra reaction that can be used only for opportunity attacks.
Wakeful. While the hydra sleeps, at least one of its heads is awake.
Teen Knowalge. The hydra is still young with a lot to learn, it may have times where it fights its self for food and the heads turn on each other, or in other cases the heads fight for control over its body. These cases can cause heads to have issues with each other for a short amount of time such as not listening and so on.
Multiattack. The hydra makes as many bite attacks as it has heads.
Bite. Melee weapon attack +5 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit:8 (1D8+3) Piercing Damage (1D6+2) fire Damage
Fire Breath. Ranged weapon attack +6 to hit, reach 70-foot cone, multi-target (3D8=6) fire damage (once use per 3-5 rounds)
Description
The Lava Hydra is as far from its counter as it can be, its snake-like body only grows when it becomes an adult fully losing its legs but getting faster and more agile with it, as a young adult its heads will often have lava dripping out of its mouth as it has yet to fully learn how to control its own fluids. It may also find its self hurting its self with water if they are not careful, as water has power over this monster.
The lavas Hydra does massive amounts of fire damage to those that get too close to it, and will often kill or set things in a blaze without ever meaning to, causing it to have a very destructive nature. (advice major caution with fire.)
