Description
A flying beetle like creature with a hard rock like exoskeleton. The Toot and Boom has a vein that spirals around the back half of its body and when aggravated the vein releases a sparkling power and glows with a faint bioluminescence. Before it stops shining the bug will try to instinctively strike its’ wing like a flint causing a spark which ignites the powder. The explosion is meant to launch the creature out of the predator’s grasp and stun it so it is more likely that the Toot and Boom can escape. Has been know very commonly to swarm a warm shadowy location with many many more of their kin. In a swarm like that they are commonly know as a Pop Rocks.
