Unique Immunity. While within 80 feet of its heart, the hydroid is immune to magical damage. When its heart is destroyed, it loses this trait.

 

Actions

Multiattack. The hydroid makes two bite attacks.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 30 (6d10) force damage. 

Antimagic Blast.  Any spells of 5th level or lower within that area is dispelled. In addition, any magical items within that area are nonmagical until the end of the hydroid's next turn. After using this action, it loses its Unique Immunity trait until the end of its next turn.

Description

A hydroid is a mechanical, hydra-like construct. Strange energy rippling across the scales protects it from all magical attacks.

Each hydroid is bound to exactly one heart. If the hydroid is destroyed, so is the heart.
