Traits

Spider Climb. The spider can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Web Sense. While in contact with a web, the spider knows the exact location of any other creature in contact with the same web.

Web Walker. The spider ignores movement restrictions caused by webbing.

Feeding Frenzy. The young spider queen has advantage on attacks against any creature it has grappled.

Cocoon.  As a bonus action the young spider queen can spin one of its grappled targets into a web cocoon and sticks it to a nearby surface. The target is restrained by webbing. As an action, the restrained target can make a DC 13 Strength check, bursting the webbing on a success. The webbing can also be attacked and destroyed (AC 10; hp 5; vulnerability to fire damage; immunity to bludgeoning, poison, and psychic damage).

Actions

Mulitattack. The young spider queen makes two attacks: one with its Hook and one with its Bite or two with its hooks.

Hook. Melee Weapon Attack+5 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) bludeoning damage, and the target must make a DC 13 Strength saving throw,  on a failed save the target is grappled by one of its legs.  Until the grapple ends, the young spider queen can't use this leg on another target. The young spider queen has 2 hook legs.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 11 Constitution saving throw, taking 9 (2d8) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If the poison damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, the target is stable but poisoned for 1 hour, even after regaining hit points, and is paralyzed while poisoned in this way.

Web (Recharge 5–6). Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one creature. Hit: The target is restrained by webbing. As an action, the restrained target can make a DC 13 Strength check, bursting the webbing on a success. The webbing can also be attacked and destroyed (AC 10; hp 5; vulnerability to fire damage; immunity to bludgeoning, poison, and psychic damage).

Reactions

Survival of the Fittest.  Upon taking a melee attack, the young spider queen can use its reaction to move half its movement without provoking opportunity attacks.

Description

Infamous. If they survive long enough spider queens  become quite the problem. Even in the early years of its life it can wreak havoc and infest large parts of forests or underdark caverns.  When word of one gets out, it is hunted and destroyed. This makes them a rare sighting and for good reason.

Brood Mothers. The spider queen will consitsantly spawn spider brood until it's death.  It spawns other Giant Spiders but has no particual care for them. It commands them to bring her food and to guard her nest. The infestation later draws the presence of Ettercaps  which then tend to the spiders and help bring in food for the Queen.

Touchy Feely. At a distance a Spider Queen may appear to be a regular giant spider. Upon futher inspection one will find that its two front legs are double the length of the others and curve into a hook shape at the end. It uses these legs to more easily ambush and entrap its prey, bringing them in close to be bound up for later consumption.

Sooner than Later. The younger version of the Spider Queen is less dangerous. It has less brood to protect it and cannot defend itself as well, a prime time to attack. If anyone is unfortunate to run into a full grown Spider Queen, bring a wizard, and a lot of fire.
