Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie drops to 1 hit point instead.
Infectious. If creature makes a successful attack, target player makes a DC 10 CON saving throw. If failed target creature loses one max HP a day until total hit points reach zero. Once target reaches 0 HP, target creature dies and comes back one day later as a zombie with 22 HP. Target can stop the infection by cutting off the infected limb or by using a greater restoration spell.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) bludgeoning damage.
Description
Undead zombies move with a jerky, uneven gait. They are clad in the moldering apparel they wore when put to rest, and carry the stench of decay.
No Loud Noises. If a player makes a loud noise, roll 1d4 for how many zombies heard the sound. This effect can also trigger if a zombie makes a loud sound. This effect can stack.
