Spellcasting. Volgan the Mighty is a 13th-level spellcaster that uses Charisma as his spellcasting ability (spell save DC 16; +8 to hit with spell attacks). Volgan knows the following spells from the paladin's spell list:

2nd Level (3 slots): lesser restoration, warding bond

Actions

Multiattack. Volgan the Mighty attacks twice with his longsword.

Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d8 + 8) slashing damage.

Divine Smite. When he hits with a melee weapon attack, Volgan can expend one spell slot to deal 2d8 extra radiant damage to the target plus 1d8 for each spell level higher than 1st and plus 1d8 against undead or fiends (max 6d8 total).

Rejuvenating Smite (1/day). Immediately after dealing damage to a creature with the Divine Smite feature, Volgan can use his bonus action to immediately regain 18 hit points.

Lay on Hands. Volgan has a pool of healing power that can restore 65 HP per long rest. As an action, he can touch a creature to restore any number of HP remaining in the pool, or 5 HP to either cure a disease or neutralize a poison affecting the creature.

Breath Weapon (Recharge 5-6).
Each creature in a 15 ft. cone must make a DEX save (DC 17) taking 3d10 cold damage on a fail or half as much on a success.
