Guardian call. If the Zhargon guard is within another Zhargon guard and at least one of them has taken damage from a creature of an evil alignment then between them they can summon a Zhargon guardian over the course of a turn, the guardian is friendly to them and dissapears at the end of the conflict or when it’s reduced to 0 hit points.
