Toxin-Absorbing Nature. The vine crawler as advantage on saving throws against being poisoned.
Slapping Tendril. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 9 (1d8+3) bludgeoning damage.
Grasping Tendril. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 6 (1d6+3) bludgeoning damage and if the target is Medium or smaller it is grappled (escape DC 11). The vine crawler can have up to two creatures grappled this way at a time.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 12 (2d6+3) bludgeoning damage and the vine crawler must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or automatically lose 2 hit points.
