Innate Spellcasting. Grane's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14). Grane can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

Not Your Time. Grane can force an attack targeted at anyone riding it to target it instead.
Multiattack. Grane makes two hooves attacks.
Hooves. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage.
Trampling Charge. If Grane moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a hooves attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the horse can make another attack with its hooves against it as a bonus action.
Where There's Smoke. As an action, Grane can create thick gray cloud of smoke that spreads out from the itself in a 20-foot radius, moving around corners. The area of the smoke is heavily obscured and considered difficult terrain. When a creature enters the affected area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, the creature must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or become blinded until the smoke dissipates or it leaves the area. The smoke persists for 1 minute or until a strong wind disperses it.
