Control Machine. Robert Bumaro's speed drops to 0, and the only action he can take is to control machines until he breaks concentration. While controlling a machine, it's DEX increases by 4, and it's INT, WIS, and CHA are replaced by Robert Bumaro until concentration is broken or dropped.
