Fey Ancestry. Virlen has advantage on saves against being charmed, and magic can’t put her to sleep.

Land's Stride. When Virlen moves through nonmagical difficult terrain, it costs her no extra movement and she can also pass through nonmagical plants without being slowed by them and without taking damage from them. She have advantage on saving throws against plants that are magically created or manipulated to impede movement.

Mask of the Wild. Virlen can attempt to hide even when she is only lightly obscured.

Natural Explorer. Virlen's proficiency bonus is doubled for proficient skills when she makes an INT or WIS check related to Arctic, Desert, and Forest terrain types. While traveling for an hour or more in these terrains, difficult terrain doesn’t slow her group’s travel, her group can’t become lost except by magical means, she remains alert to danger even when she are engaged in another activity, she can move stealthily at a normal pace (while alone), she finds twice as much food while foraging where possible, and while tracking creatures, she can learn the exact number, sizes, and how long ago they passed through the area.

Spellcasting. Virlen is a 13th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks). She has following ranger spells prepared:

Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 5) piercing damage.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) bludgeoning damage.

Distant Strike. When Virlen takes the Attack action, she can teleport up to 10 ft. before each attack to an unoccupied space she can see. If she attacks at least two different creatures with this action, she can make one additional attack with it against a third creature.

Bonus Actions

Favored Foe. (5/long rest)When Virlen hits a creature with an attack roll, she can mark the target as her favored enemy for 1 minute or until she loses her concentration (as if she was concentrating on a spell).
The first time on each of Virlen's turns that she hits the favored enemy and deals damage to it, including when she marks it, she can increase that damage by 1d6.

Planar Warrior. As a bonus action, Virlen chooses one creature she can see within 30 ft. of her. The next time she hits that creature on this turn with a weapon attack, all damage dealt by the attack becomes force damage, and the creature takes an extra 2d8 force damage from the attack.

Ethereal Step. (1/short or long rest). As a bonus action, Virlen can cast the Etherealness spell, without expending a spell slot, but the spell ends at the end of the current turn.

Nature’s Veil. (5/long rest)Virlen can draw on the powers of nature to hide herself from view briefly. As a bonus action, she can magically become invisible, along with any equipment she is wearing or carrying, until the start of her next turn.

Reactions

Creatures provoke opportunity attacks from her even if they take the Disengage action. When a creature within 5 ft. of her makes an attack against a target other than her, Virlen can use her reaction to make a melee weapon attack against the attacking creature.

Storm the Guild Hall: Airaura

Tool Proficiencies: Playing Card Set

Magic Items:

Brawler's Ring. This brass ring has several splits in its metal that are filled with seams of jade. While wearing this ring, your unarmed strike uses a d4 for damage.

Longbow of Warning. This magic weapon warns you of danger. While the weapon is on your person, you have advantage on initiative rolls. In addition, you and any of your companions within 30 feet of you can’t be surprised, except when incapacitated by something other than nonmagical sleep. The weapon magically awakens you and your companions within range if any of you are sleeping naturally when combat begins.

Pearl of Power. While this pearl is on your person, you can use an action to speak its command word and regain one expended spell slot. If the expended slot was of 4th level or higher, the new slot is 3rd level. Once you use the pearl, it can't be used again until the next dawn.
