Traits
Blurred Movement. Attack rolls against the quickling have disadvantage unless the quickling is incapacitated or restrained.
Evasion. If the quickling is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, it instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails.
Speed of Wind. The quickling evades all attacks of opportunity.
Actions
Multiattack. The quickling makes three dagger attacks.
Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (5d4 + 10) piercing damage.
Wind Breath. Ranged Spell Attack: +10 to hit, reach 30 ft., one target. Hit: 55 (5d10 + 5) force damage.
Just curious why the little fellows CR is so high?
Because of the speed, fairly high AC, and the ability to hit and run without consequences combined. Might make it lower though.
Oh man I didnt even look at how fast this little booger is. He'll make a fine Sprite king for an upcoming game.
Nice! He's actually a Quickling boss, but that could be a cool re-flavor!
