Description

Laughers are created when a nightmare spirit, or such a spirit's essence, is placed into a living human's body.

These monsters look much like the humans they once were, except for the wide smiles drooling black ichor, and the white, gleaming eyes running with the same.

They stumble towards any sound they hear, bound by the terms of their creation but eager to set their souls free.
