Shapechanger. The Gerathon can use its action to polymorph into a Huge giant constrictor snake, or back into its true form. Its statistics, other than its AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Description

You may have thought that Abominations or Anathemas were at the top of Yuan-ti food chain, but you would be wrong. Gerathons are the greatest form a Yuan-ti can achieve. they are like abominations, but the hands are snake heads with hands coming out the mouths.
