Temporal Slide. Like it's larger form, the young temporal drake can manipulate time as it moves, allowing it to seemingly disappear and reappear elsewhere instantaneously. The temporal drake ignores attacks of opportunity when it moves

 

Actions

Multiattack. The temporal drake makes two attacks.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 11 (2d8 + 3) piercing damage.

 
Reactions

Temporal Displacement. The temporal drake blinks in and out of the time stream quickly and at random. When a creature makes a successful attack against the temporal drake it can make a DC 17 saving throw. On a success it ignores the attack.

Energy Absorption. The temporal drake absorbs evocation energy until it reaches its maximum form. Upon a successful hit, the young drake make a DC 15 saving throw rolls a 1d12 until the number equals its current hitpoints.

Description

Like the adult temporal drake, the young version is pre pubescent and misses both of it's real legs. Smaller than all but the youngest true dragons, the temporal drake has neither the intellect nor the innate magical ability of its powerful kindred. The temporal drake's strengths, and the source of its name, lie in its ability to manipulate the passage of time. Although not capable of significant time travel, the drake moves through and manipulates time in ways that other creatures have difficulty understanding
