Innate Spellcasting. The pixie’s innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring only its pixie dust as a component:

At will: druidcraft, dancing lights, detect evil and good, detect thoughts

2/day each: confusion, dispel magic, entangle, fly, phantasmal force, polymorph, sleep

1/day each: dream, dominate person, seeming

Actions

Superior Invisibility. The pixie magically turns invisible until its concentration ends (as if concentrating on a spell). Any equipment the pixie wears or carries is invisible with it.

Majestic Entrancement (1/day). The pixie amplifies its otherworldly presence to overwhelm nearby creatures. Each creature of the pixie's choice within 60 feet must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become charmed or frightened (the pixie's choice) for 1 minute. An affected creature may repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself upon a success.

Meddle and Muddle. The pixie chooses a creature within 60 feet to magically befuddle with fey magics. The creature must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or take 24 (6d6) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature that fails its save by 5 or more also becomes incapacitated until the start of the pixie's next turn.
