Keen Sight and Smell. The owlbear has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight or smell.
Multiattack. The owlbear makes three attacks: one with its beak and two with its claws.
Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 5) and the creature must roll a DC12 strength check or be knocked prone.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) slashing damage and the creature must roll a DC12 strength check or be knocked back 10ft.
Strike Back: When a creature within 5ft of the owlbear attacks, the owlbear can make one claw attack at advantage against that creature.
Villain action 1: The owlbear lets out an enraged roar, all creatures within 30ft must make a Wisdom saving throw or be frightened of the owlbear. The creature can reroll the saving throw at the end of each of it's turns
Villain action 2: The owlbear charges forward 20ft in a straight line without provoking opportunity attacks. Anyone in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d6 bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.
Villain action 3: The owlbear thrashes around and makes a claw attack against every creature within 5ft.
