When the jackal dies, it explodes in a burst of guts and decay.Each creature within 10 feet of the jackal must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw, taking 3d6 poison damage and receiving the poisoned condition for two rounds on a failure. Each creature takes half damage and is not poisoned on a successful save.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 (1d6 – 1) piercing damage.
Description
The flesh and skin of this undead jackal is rotting and slopping off in clumps. A disgusting odor of decay is emanating form the creature in an almost visible cloud.
