1st level (# slots): Arms of Hadar, Hellish Rebuke, Witch Bolt, Cause Fear, Charm person, Comprehend Language.
Adapt. The Adaptizer takes 2 Actions to adapt to the scenario.
Weapon Imitate. The Adaptizer can use its action to change one of its limbs into the weapon the player is holding.
Tiger Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5ft., 1 target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) Piercing damage.
Cannon Arm. RangedWeapon Attack: +2 to hit, range 10/40 ft., 2 target. Hit: 6 (1d8 +2) Bludgeoning damage.
Ice Piercer. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5ft., 1 target. Hit: 10 (2d8 +2) Piercing damage.
Tentacles of Oros. Several tentacles shoot of of the Adaptizer reaching out at the players in a 10ft. Anyone that fails a Dex(14) save gets hit by the tentacles deals 1d6 Necrotic damage.
Scream of Hell. The Adaptizer screams, piercing everyone ears in a 30ft. cone. The player rolls a Dex(15) save or deal 1d6 stun damage.
