Incorporeal Movement. The Voidspawn Elder can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.

Innate Spellcasting. The Voidspawn Elder's innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 22). The Voidspawn Elder can innately cast the following spells, requiring no components:

Actions

Multiattack. The Voidspawn Elder makes four Void Bolt attacks.

Void Bolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +14 to hit, range 240 ft., one creature. Hit: 60 (14d8) force damage.

Void Blast (Recharge 5-6). The Voidspawn Elder unleashes a blast of void energy in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 24 Constitution saving throw, taking 75 (15d10) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 28 (4d8 + 10) bludgeoning damage and the target is grappled (escape DC 24). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the Voidspawn Elder can't use its tentacle on another target.

Bonus Actions

Void Presence. The Voidspawn Elder can release a burst of void energy, creating a 30-foot radius sphere centered on itself that lasts for 1 minute. Any creature that enters or starts its turn in the sphere must make a DC 22 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of the Voidspawn Elder for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Reactions

Void Warp. When a creature misses the Voidspawn Elder with a melee attack, the Voidspawn Elder can use its reaction to teleport up to 120 feet away to an unoccupied space it can see.

Void Bolt. The Voidspawn Elder makes one Void Bolt attack.

Legendary Actions

The Voidspawn Elder can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Voidspawn Elder regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
