Reactions

While ethereal, it is immune to all damage except force damage, and it can pass through creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain, but it can't end its turn inside them.

Description

The Starlit Specter is a rare form of ghost that manifests from individuals who perished during astral travel, their spirits becoming entwined with the cosmic energies of the astral plane. These specters are driven by an insatiable thirst for life energy, a twisted reflection of their desperate attempt to return to life that ended in their current undead form.

Their ethereal form mirrors the vastness of the cosmos, appearing as a shifting silhouette filled with distant stars and galaxies. However, intense sources of light cause them great discomfort, serving as a reminder of the life they lost. Consequently, they prefer to haunt places rich in arcane energies but low in natural or magical light, such as ancient wizard towers and old astral gates.
