Mental Fortitude. Zoe wears a pair of bracers, The Frost Scars, that grant her the ability to maintain concentration on up to two spells at once. If a concentration check is forced, she makes a single roll for all spells she is currently concentrating on, losing all of them on a failure.

Actions

Multiattack. Zoe makes two Icy Grave Touch attacks.

Icy Grave Touch. Melee or Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 150 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) cold damage and 7 (1d6 + 4) necrotic damage. The target must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 15) or become frightened until the end of their next turn.

Spellcasting. Zoe casts one of the following spells, using Intelligence as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 15):

At will: dancing lights, mage hand, minor illusion.

1/day: fire shield, bestow cursecrown of madness

2/day: snilloc's snowball swarm, dimension door, fly.

Bonus Actions

Displacement (Recharge 5–6). Zoe projects an illusion that makes her appear to be standing in a place a few inches from her actual location, causing any creature to have disadvantage on attack rolls against her. The effect lasts for 1 minute, and it ends early if she takes damage, if she is incapacitated, or if her speed becomes 0.

Reactions

Feather Fall (2/day): Zoe casts feather fall if she loses her flying speed while in the air.

Counterspell (1/day): Zoe counterspells a spell of level 3 or lower.

Legendary Actions

Zoe can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Zoe regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

Conjure Ice Spectres (Costs 2 Actions, Recharge 6). Zoe sends out out two globes of wispy smoke that land in two seperate spots within 120 feet of her choosing. An outline of the spectre starts forming, with 10 hitpoints and AC 16. After one round, the Ice Spectre is fully summoned.

Icy Grave Touch (Costs 1 Action). Zoe makes one Icy Grave Touch attack.

Drain Life (Costs 1 Action). Zoe targets one creature and attempts to drain it's life force. The target must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 15) or take 7 (1d6+4) necrotic damage, and Zoe is healed for the same amount.
