Soulless Form. As long as the Shadow Hunters creator is within 15 ft. of it and not incapacitated, the Shadow Hunter regenerates 15 hit points every 30 seconds (5 rounds), and it gains 25 hit points upon killing a Condemned creature.

Description

Shadow Hunters are created by a versatile and quick ritual a Cultist can cast that uses up soul energy. While being a weakish Reikgon monster, they are the most obedient, and the easiest to create, and thus make for the perfect servants in combat. Being made of souls and dark magic, they are much more agile and less rigid then their counterparts, the likes of which consisting of Cursed mottled rotten flesh. Their spectral nature makes projectiles merely pass through them, so the only way to kill one is a strong slash or smash across their being.
