Border vision: Yukari can see the border's of everything, therefore making invisibility and stealth attacks useless.
Border of death: The first attack per turn that would drop Yukaris HP to 0 leaves her at 1 HP.
Border of life: Regains 1d10 HP at the end of each players turn.
Levitation: Yukari is unaffected by difficult terrain.
Border between success and failure: When Yukari rolls a nat 1 it counts as a nat 20.
Secret god barrier: When Yukari fails a saving throw she can choose to succed on it instead (3 times per combat).
Multiattacking : Yukari can make up to 3 attacks from the list below in any combination . Abandoned Line "Aimless Journey to the Abandoned Station" costs all 4 attacks.
Full moon umbrella: Yukari hits the enemy with her Umbrella dealing 5d10 bludgeoning damage with a range of 5 ft.
Danmaku bullet: Yukira fires danmaku at an enemy dealing 5d8 force damage with a range of 80 ft.
Border sign "End of the line": This attack uses the gap movement legendary action. Yukari disappears into a gap. After a short while she appears behind an enemy and hits him with a stop sign dealing 4d12 slashing damage and always rolls with an advantage (usable once per turn).
Urashima's Box, Filled With Lament: Yukari opens a gap over an enemy and let debris rain over him/her dealing 4d6 crushing damage in a 50 ft area.
Photon "Doppler Effect": Fires blue bullets that don't stop, as well as red bullets that stop for a short time and then move again dealing 4d8 force damage with a range of 100 ft twice. The damage is rolled seperate for the two hits.
Rinse in Rivers: Can only be used if something was stored with Rest on Stone. Shoot out the stored object dealing the original damage to the target.
Fantasy Nest "Flying Noctilucae's Nest": Opens numerous gaps around Yukari that fire danmaku forward. Hits up to 10 random enemies dealing 3d6 force damage each time in a radius of 50 ft.
Abandoned Line "Aimless Journey to the Abandoned Station": A dramatic move that sends an abandoned train charging forth from a gap. Can only be used once per combat. The player must make a DC 20 DEX saving throw to dodge the train. If the player gets hit his HP drops to 1.
Rest on Stone: Yukari can use on of her normal actions to open a gap to catch a ranged attack or spell and store it.
Yukari can use 1 legendary actions. Every legendary action can only be used once per turn. Yukari regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
Gap movement (cost: 0 action): Yukari creats a gap to teleport herself to any free space or teleport a player to any empty space (once per turn).
Barrier "Balance of Motion and Stillness" (cost: 1 action): Until the start of her next turn only Yukari is able to move.
Barrier "Mesh of Light and Darkness" (cost: 1 action): Removes the blinded Status from Yukari and inflicts it to a random player with it's original duration.
Barrier "Curse of dreams and reality" (cost: 1 action): Every player has to make a WIS saving throw and if they fail they suffer the frightened condition for one turn.
Barrier "Objective Barrier" (cost: 1 action): Yukari creates a magical barrier around herself for 1 turn. If she gets attacked by a ranged attack she rolls a d6. On a 1 or 6 the barrier reflects the attack, and on a 2-5 she gets hit. If the attack was reflected the it counts as the attacker getting attacked with the values he rolled.
Barrier "Charming Quadruple Barrier" (cost: 1 action): Yukari creats a magical barrier around herself for 1 turn. If she gets attacked by a spell she rolls a d6. On a 1 or 6 the barrier absorbs the spell and heals Yukari for the damage it would've dealt. On a 2-5 she gets hit.
Description
Yukari Yakumo is a legendary Youkai who is able to manipulate boundaries. Arguably the strongest and wisest Youkai in Gensokyo.
