Roar of the Dragon God

This gargantuan creature opens its jaws wide, showing you an inner galaxy. Sending a chill throughout the ground, and your body, the creature inhales forcefully. You must roll a DEX (DC 27) saving throw or be sucked closer to this monstrosity before you. On a success you are forced toward the creature by half your movement. On a fail, you are forced to the creature for your entire movement.

Actions

Claws: +12 to hit, reach 25 ft., 1 target. Hit: (7d8 + 10) slashing damage.
Bite: +12 to hit, reach 30 ft., 1 target. Hit (10d8+ 6) bludgeoning damage.

Radiant force: +16 to hit, range 300/250 ft., cone shape. Roll a DEX (DC 23) save or be blasted away from the creature. On a success, you take half damage and move back half your movement. On a fail, you take full damage and move back your full movement. Hit: (8d8 +10) radiant and force damage.

Bonus Actions

As a bonus action, the dragon “sheds” its scales and emits smoke from their hide. Making it difficult to breath if too close. The dragon then regains 30 hit points.

Lizard-like cooldown

This dragon has the chance and mind to take over their summoner and free it self of their mind. The creatures health must be below half and must pass a WIS (DC 45) saving throw. On a fail, they cannot try again until 3 turns later. On a success, the creature kills the summoner.

Dragon God‘s Revenge

Reactions

Sweeping vortex: The dragon wraps themselves and spins viciously. If you within 5-10 ft. of the creature, you are hit by this reaction and have to make a STR (DC 30) saving throw. On a success you take half damage and on a fail you take the full. Hit: (10d6) bludgeoning damage. If you are further away from the creature you must make a DEX (DC 23) saving throw or be forced away from the dragon. On a success, you stay still, and on a failure, you are pushed back half your movement.

Legendary Actions

This gargantuan dragon rears its head towards the heavens and roars whilst spewing radiant flames. After two turns, the radiant flames come back to the ground and exploding on impact. This also hurts the creature but it is unfazed with its own destructive nature.

(Costs 3 Actions). Heavenly radiant shower. All creatures must succeed on a STR and DEX (DC 29) saving throw. Hit: (24d12) force and radiant damage. On a fail, take full damage and you are frightened, on a success, take half but are still frightened.

Mythic Actions

The Shatter Dragon murmurs to itself and oozes out radiant beams of light. As this happens, two more “Shatter Dragons” appear beside the creature. These two are fake but look exactly like the dragon. Their turns come after the dragon and deal half damage on all attacks. If these dragons are killed, these fake dragons explode with so loud a force that those too close are deafened (20-30 ft); the weapon that killed them is now tarnished as well.

Radiant alliance (Costs 2 Actions)

Description

Two legs, two arms, a non physical purple and blue body with bright white wings attached. Sparkling like the very stars that created it. This creature is born of pure radiance and force. This creature knows nothing but whatever their summoner tells it to do. Cast aside by all dragon kind, this being was once a God-like creature with no sense of good or bad. Fallen victim to its own whims and ideals, it has sealed itself away into a crystal floating throughout the stars. Once this dragon is summoned, the cosmos will know they have returned. If you somehow defeat this being, the Shatter Dragon falls to ash and smoke, revealing a small crystal. If this crystal is taken, then the dragon will return in under 2000 years. If it is not taken, the dragon will return in 1000 years.

Lair and Lair Actions

Pieces and fragments of this star have never been found. Cracked down the middle of its dark purple surface is the lair of the Shatter Dragon. It seems to just be a normal burnt out star, but on closer inspection, the star seems to be shifting and glowing repeatedly.

Lair Actions

On the 8th round inside the lair, the Shatter Dragon takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the Shatter Dragon can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

  • Cause forceful winds to blow through the lair, bringing all other creature’s movements to half until the Shatter Dragon’s next turn.
  • Makes an ear piercing roar that echoes across all the walls of the lair. All creatures must make a CON (DC 24) save, or are deafened and frightened (40-50 ft).

Regional Effects

The Shatter Dragon’s lair is made of an exploded star and a strong gravitation pull, which creates one or more of the following effects:

  • Many earthquakes tend to abruptly happen causing the ground to be difficult terrain
  • Radiant beams scorch through the surface and explode from below. (DC 24) DEX save for half damage on a success and full on a fail. Hit : (5d8)

If the Shatter Dragon dies, the star falls apart until the Shatter Dragon is revived again.
