Traits

Partial Freeze. If the leviathan takes 70 cold damage or more during a single turn, the leviathan partially freezes; until the end of its next turn, its speeds are reduced to 20 feet, and it makes attack rolls with disadvantage.

Siege Monster. The Leviathan deals double damage to structures and objects.

Superswift. The Leviathan moves at triple speed in currents, and normal speeds in waves and opposite flowing currents

Fleshy Scales. Vulnerable to piercing damage.

Actions

Body Slam. Melee Weapon Attack; +7 to hit, single target. Hit: 84 (20d6 + 14) bludgeoning damage

Wave. Creates a wave with it's body that shakes waterborne things nearby. Creatures in a 30 ft cone must succeed a Con 16 saving throw or be knocked prone.

Tongue Grapple. Ranged Weapon Attack; +8 to hit, reach 40 ft, single target. The Leviathan launches it's tongue which splits into 3 segments (Similar to a Demogorgon with it's face petals opening) and latches onto something nearby. The tongue itself does no damage, and removes the ability to do the bite attack. This creature is grappled and is being pulled towards the Leviathan at 10 ft per Levithan's turn. If the target is heavy enough, it will not move but will still be latched on to.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack; +7 to hit, single target. 77 (14d10) piercing damage. Inflicts bleeding on a natural 20.
Omnomnom

Spine Slice. Melee Weapon Attack; +2 to hit, single target. 63 (6d20) slashing damage. The Leviathan spins and lashes out with it's spines, causing slash marks on targets.

Global Leviathan Features

Leviathans of all colors are draconic in appearance but are purely aquatic creatures with 8 fins (4 on either side) acting like oars on a boat and no wings. They breathe air, but they can hold their breath for an extended period of time. (approx. 3 hrs)Their heads are in a draconic fashion as well, but with the horns sticking directly sideways. The body comes to a shorter end at the tail. Tail shape changes depending on alignment, with more crescent-shaped tails indicating a more evil nature and flatter tails indicating a good nature.

They have a typically strong bite force and fancy pointy, carnivorous teeth.

They tend to sleep in caves deep within river or ocean beds. The preferred den location depends on their size, but need salt water to live comfortably and sleep properly.

When moving they give off a slithering motion but vertical, not unlike eels. This is a key feature in spotting them, as the waves these motions give off is often noticeable.

Leviathans are not to be confused with the elementals, Leviathans. They share a name but are two different creatures.

Violet Leviathan Specific Features

Violet Leviathans have two barbed spines going down their back, giving them a faster swim speed. Instead of the typical hard scales that most Leviathans have, they have fleshier scales, allowing them to bend and twist easier and giving them even more mobility. They tend to be 30 feet long.
