Assassinate Monarch. During her first turn, Zil has advantage on attack rolls against any creature that hasn't taken a turn. Any hit she scores against a surprised creature is a critical hit. Additionally, if Zil kills either a creature that hasnt taken a turn or is surprised, she can make an attempt to recharge her Crown-Breaker ability.
Sneak Attack. Once per turn, Zil deals an extra 10 (3d6) damage when she hits a target with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 feet of an ally of Zil that isn't incapacitated and Zil doesn't have disadvantage on the attack roll.
Multiattack. Zil makes three melee attacks, one of which cann.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage.
+1 Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) slashing damage + 9 (2d8) poison damage.
Crown-Breaker (Recharge 6). Zil makes a melee attack on a target that has lost hit points that is automatically a critical hit that ignores any effect that would decrease the damage dealt by this attack, unless that affect is applied to the target due to a Legendary or rarer magic item or a spell of 8th level or higher.
Description
Zil Ixchi is a long-forgotten lizardfolk assasin of origin unknown to more civilized humanoids. She works to bring down the heads of the regimes that threaten to overtake her kin's precious jungles and swamps.
