Bag. Magic Steve has a virtually infinite portable hole that takes the shape of a bag, Magic Steve's bag is always flung over his shoulder, inside Magic Steve's bag is a simulacrum of the material plane but has a few discrepancies that helps discern it from the real world. Magic Steve can stuff creatures in his bag where they are trapped until he releases them. Magic Steve is the only person able to enter his bag and come out by himself, Magic Steve can also reach into his bag taking out whatever he wants provided that it's in the bag.The bag cannot be destroyed while Magic Steve is alive, Magic Steve cannot be harmed by any creature in the bag, while Magic Steve is in the bag he regenerates 4d8 hit points per minute, Magic Steve can only stay in the bag two days at a time. If Magic Steve is killed his bag is destroyed causing a temporal rip in the fabric of space and everyone within 30 ft of the bag is drawn in and spit out in a random plane of existence.

 

Actions

Retrieve. Magic Steve Retrieves a creature that is already in the bag, the creature will be charmed by Magic Steve for one hour, however the one thing charmed creatures will not do is get back in the bag, if Magic Steve attempts to put them back in the bag the creatures will turn hostile towards him.

Grapple.Magic Steve Grapples a creature within 10 ft of him Dc 16 strength, Magic Steve can put the grappled creature in his bag on his next turn.

Bag. Magic Steve can bag any creature that is incapacitated, surprised, stunned, Unconscious, Restrained, Grappled, Blinded, Petrified or Paralyzed

Shank. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 20 (3d10 + 5) [Piercing] damage, this attack has advantage if the target creature hasn't attacked yet.              

Propel. Magic Steve opens his bag and returns fire with a projectile that has Increased velocity, dealing an extra 3d8 of the damage type unless it's a spell(Magic Steve does fire back the spells, they just don't do extra damage), that he has already absorbed in the bag.

Reactions

I'll Take That. If Magic Steve is targeted by a Ranged attack that he can see, he can use his bag to absorb the projectile.

Legendary Actions

Magic Steve has 3 Points each legendary Action takes a certain amount of Points, Magic Steve regains all spent points on his turn.

Retreat (Costs 3 Points). Magic Steve Retreats Into his bag and the bag ties a knot in itself from the inside. 

 

Description

Nobody knows where Magic Steve Came from, some think that he's a spirit from a far off land, while others don't care where he's from and think he's just a crazy lunatic with a magic bag. Magic Steve is approximately 5'10 and weighs 120 pounds but no one knows what he looks like since he always wears a mask and a hooded robe. Many speculate that he isn't human and they're right, Magic Steve is not human, he is the last of the bag people, people who once had the ability to craft nearly infinite portable holes in the shape of bags, however Magic Steve never got the opportunity to learn how to make these magic bags and the knowledge of making them died with the bag people, Magic Steve being the only bag person ever not able to craft the legendary bags, But Magic Steve managed to escape with such a bag as the rest of his people were killed by monsters. The last known bag is always flung over Magic Steve's shoulder, Magic Steve has been known to stuff creatures and sometimes even people into his bag for a short while whenever he get into an intense disagreements with them.
