Weather Egg: Storm Cloud
This creature can't be targeted by any form of dispel and can only be damaged by a force, radiant, or psychic type damage. It's size, damage, area of effect, and number of targets increase based on the Level of the user.
Weather Inconvenience
Zeus the cloud plays prank on any hostile creature 10ft near it from blowing skirts up with a gust of wind to giving someone a hard time who is affected by its weather form. those creatures have disadvantage on their attack rolls and saving throws, any creature attacks the affected creature have advantage on their attacks.
Spellcasting. The Storm Cloud is a spellcaster cloud. Its spellcasting ability is equal to caster's spellcasting ability (spell save DC 17). The Storm Cloud has following abilities prepared:

As a reaction or bonus action, Zeus can change its form into one of the following cloud formations;(Thunder Breed Tempo, Rain, Sheer Cold)
Thunder Breed Tempo.
While in this form Zeus as his action can shoot Lightning Bolt to a creature within his reach. Hit: DC 17, reach 120 ft., up to 1 target. Hit: (1d10) +3 lightning damage.
The spell’s damage increases by 1d10 when you reach 5nd level (2d10), 11th level (3d10), 17th level (4d10). Every 3rd level increase +1 creature 4rd level (+2), 8th level (+3), 12th level (+4), 16th level (+5) at this point you can target each strike to one creature or all strike to one creature.
Rain. While in this form, Zeus pour rain down in a 5 foot of its radius. Lightning damage is doubled when hits a wet creature, each other creature under the wet effect of the rain will receive an additional +1d6 of lightning damage if one of the wet creatures is hit with a Lightning damage attack.
Sheer Cold. Create an area of chilling cold within 10 feet of its radius. The area becomes a difficult terrain and deals 1d8 cold damage that increases by +1 each turn a creature enters, inside and stays within it. Creatures in this area also have their movement reduced by 5 feet upon enter, and if they stay for more than one turn their speed continue to reduce and each turn they must make a Dex Save (17 to Succeed) or they become frozen, also when speed reaches 0 they become frozen.
Every 5th level the damage increases one die 1d8, 5th level (2d8), 10th level (3d8), 15th level (4d8), and every 5th level movement speed reduction is +5 feet.

Description
It's a cloud hatched from a Weather Egg. cloud covers 5ft. sphere radius, above 13ft. to 30ft. up in the air it will say up if it was given a command to disappear or its health reaches 0. it doesn't attack on its own, but it can change its form base on what command is given and attacks based on what form he's taken.
Zeus is an ally to you and your companions. In combat, the creature shares your initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after or before yours. It obeys your verbal commands (no action required by you). If you don't issue any, it takes the Dodge action and uses its move to avoid danger.
