Disembowel. In response to taking damage, the vilestem regurgitates its innards. Each creature within 10 feet of the vilestem must make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or be incapacitated and poisoned for three rounds as it retches and vomits.
Description
Vilestems are some of the most pointless Fey. They latch themselves to underwater rocks and feed on whatever detritus drifts by their mouths. They would be entirely harmless if not for the fact that they have a habit of vomiting their mildly toxic innards when threatened.
Vilestems appear as crosses between sponges and sea slugs. This appearance leads many to believe they are easy pickings, but soon discover the truth upon attacking the creatures.
