Traits

Keen Senses. The wyrmling has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight, hearing, or smell.

Magic Resistance. The wyrmling has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Telepathy. The wyrmling can magically communicate with any creature within 100 feet of it that can understand a language.

Burning Blood. When the wyrmling takes piercing or slashing damage, all creatures in a 5 foot radius must make a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw or take 4 (1d8) acid damage. This feature is disabled if the wyrmling has taken fire damage this round.

Eldritch Nature. If the wyrmling's health is reduced to 0 or it loses half it's hit points or more in one round, it does not die and instead turns into an Eldritch Ooze. This feature is disabled if the wyrmling has taken fire damage this round.

Necrotic Breath (Recharge 5–6). The wyrmling exhales necrotic gas in a 15-­foot cone. Each creature in that line must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, taking 14 (2d10) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Reactions

Mental Tear. When the wyrmling takes damage, it can use its reaction to make the creature that damaged it take 1d8 psychic damage, as long as they are within 100 feet of the wyrmling.

Description

These young dragons are creations of a dark god from the Far Realm. These creatures are not true dragons, but instead eldritch beasts formed into the shape of one. They are often servants, sent to manipulate people into serving the one who made them. Being quite weak in this juvenile form, they often manipulate others into protecting them while they grow.
