Rapid Cooldown (recharge 5-6). The Adaptoid unleashes a blast of scalding steam to defend itself against melee attackers. Description
Before the artificers of House Cannith devised the Warforged Colossus, the Adaptoid was the crowning achievement of their Creation Forges. Able to reduce the blow of even the most powerful enemy’s attack to nothing more than the prick from a sewing needle, the Adaptoid is truly the pinnacle of the world’s understanding of defensive magic. Even the devastation wrought by The Mourning wasn’t enough to put these masterwork machines down. They can still be seen wandering the wastes of the Mournlands collecting parts to repair themselves and continue defending their long dead creators.
