Miracle Performer. When the angel casts the Lesser Restoration or Greater Restoration spells, it instead affects each creature of the angel's choice within 60 ft. of it.
Magic Resistance. The angel has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Angelic Charm. The angel ignores any immunity to the Charmed condition.
Multiattack. The angel uses its Virtuous Ardor, if available. It then makes two Blazing Hands attacks.
Blazing Hands. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (6d4+4) bludgeoning damage plus 3 (1d6) radiant damage, and the target has the Prone condition, which looks as though the target is genuflecting to the angel.
Virtuous Ardor (Recharge 6). The angel cries out in a virtuous ardor. Any creature within 240 ft. of the angel that dealt damage to it since its last turn must make a DC 19 Charisma saving throw. On a failure, a creature has the Charmed condition. A creature charmed in this way becomes indifferent to all creatures it was previously hostile towards, and falls Prone in genuflection and repentance. A charmed creature can repeat its saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a charmed creature takes damage from a creature it is indifferent to, the effect ends. A creature that succeeds on its saving throw becomes immune to this angel's Virtuous Ardor for the next 24 hours.
Spellcasting. The angel casts one of the following spells, requiring no material components and using Wisdom as its spellcasting ability (spell save DC 19):
At Will: Cure Wounds, Detect Evil and Good, Light, Thaumaturgy
3/Day Each: Dispel Evil and Good, Lesser Restoration
1/Day Each: Greater Restoration, Protection from Evil and Good
Healing Cry. The angel chooses a creature within 240 ft. of it that can hear it. That creature regains 14 (4d6) hit points.
